Played this for about 2 hours was 2 away from (hopefully?) beating the last level. Such a game, was so locked in that I had to pull myself away from it. Very well done, was very engaging, had to stop playing. Bouncing off the walls in the end game sucked. A lot. My Neck hurts. Good Game.
i dont know why this was so fun for me. i got up to stage 5 and was just melting through the levels. its a frankensteined monster of genres a rougelike runner style shooter and it works. regardless of the visual tearing and the movement i really did enjoy it a solid 7/10 really cool game good job! (played for around 2-3 hours tbh)
yes! so after playing for a while it looked like the start screen would tear into the game while i was playing. wasnt like really obstructive but it did happen fairly often. i was fullscreen in the web browser (firefox) windows 11 if any of that is relevant for you
Unfortunately after an hour of testing I've been unable to reproduce the issue, if you play again and get the same error could I ask you post an image of the issue? Cheers
Thanks! Yeah I only realised I could post a webGL game for this gamejam at the last minute so I didn't have much time available to design for it. I will definitely keep it in mind for the future.
This is incredibly clever. The game mechanics line up so well with our world. It's hard to share the love, but it's worth doing it. When you share the love, it changes people, and they share the love too. If we are alone or in a poor mood, we can affect those around you. Unlock movement upgrades before focusing on other skills. Each of these lessons applies directly to the world around us. Color me impressed. I didn't have time to finish the game, but I genuinely may come back to doing so, because the game loop is divine.

I love the art! Also the sound effects are perfect, the rain sound was genius. Such a chill experience, nice one.

Glad you enjoyed it, could you elaborate on the tearing and movement? There is a CRT effect that would have been nice for me to make optional.

yes when I get home I’ll record it for you np
Cosy little game, simple and relaxing!
The upgrade UI is very tiny tho, remember that a lot of people are gonna play in webgl non-fullscreen.
Good job!
