-UI layout changes on battle screen, removed the speed readout.

-Made it so joy prevails if you no fearful vessels are left.

-Increased starting time by 10s

-Reduced granularity of upgrades by ~4x

-Enabled auto shooting, auto dropping of totems, lightning towers by default

-Removed Upgrades: Mouse aim, auto-shoot, auto-totem, auto lightning tower
